Private Personal Training
Personal PT provides a 1 on 1 training experience. You will receive a personalized exercise prescription to perform while an expert trainer provides you with detailed instructions on how to optimize your movement patterns… Setting you up to achieve your goals, and then surpass them.
With this package you will also receive “accountability check-ins” via text, email, or phone throughout the week. This allows the trainer to see how you are feeling/responding to the training prescription.
Small Group Training
Small group Training is the perfect option for groups of 5-12 people who are working towards similar goals. Do you have a recreation team that needs to get ready for the upcoming season? Maybe you’re training to run your first 5k with some friends, or just looking to lose a bit of weight. In any case, small group training provides a positive environment for team building while getting a good sweat going.
This package includes a custom training prescription for the group. The people in the group tend to keep each other accountable. So you won’t get “accountability check-ins”…… from us unless they are specifically requested.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Semi-Private PT sessions are similar to Private sessions, only there are 2-3 people in the session. This decreases individual attention, which isn’t a bad thing as long as you are fairly confident exercising without constant supervision from a trainer. It also decreases the individual cost of the session, which is always a bonus.
This package will also include “accountability check-ins” via text or email, allowing the trainer to see how the groups is feeling/responding to the training prescription.
Athletic Development
The Athletic Development sessions focus on mastering several fundamental movement skills. We coach the mechanics of speed, acceleration, agility, strength and power so that the athlete can maximize their athletic potential. Our philosophy is physical literacy based which has placed our focus on youth and recreational athletes, as we strive to develop masters of movement across all sports.
